Responsibilities:
As our Rabbi, you will have the honor of leading our congregation with wisdom, inspiring devotion, and deep-rooted knowledge. Your key responsibilities will include:

Spiritual Leadership: Conducting traditional and inspiring Shabbat and holiday services, guiding the congregation in prayer, and delivering insightful sermons that resonate with our diverse community.

Torah Study and Education: Providing engaging and relevant Torah study sessions, classes, and lectures that deepen our members' understanding of Jewish law, customs, and values.

Lifecycle Events: Guiding and supporting our congregants through important lifecycle events such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and baby namings, ensuring the sanctity and significance of these occasions.

Community Engagement: Building strong relationships with our members, fostering a sense of belonging, and creating opportunities for meaningful connections within the community.

Collaborative Efforts: Working closely with our board, staff, and community leaders to enhance the overall spiritual and communal experience for our members.

Qualifications:
We are seeking a Rabbi who possesses the following qualities:

Ordination: A rabbinic ordination from a recognized Orthodox seminary or institution.

Halachic Expertise: Strong knowledge and proficiency in halacha (Jewish law) and customs of both Ashkenazi and Sephardic traditions, allowing you to guide our diverse congregation effectively.

Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership qualities, inspiring others with your passion for Judaism, and guiding our community towards spiritual growth and unity.

Community Building: Experience in building vibrant Orthodox communities, fostering relationships, and creating an inclusive environment where individuals can thrive.

Commitment to Lifelong Learning: A dedication to personal growth, continued study, and staying updated on relevant Jewish scholarship and teachings.
